These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flemo mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using Flemo, you agree to these Terms.

Using Flemo

Flemo helps you create mood story cards from music and personal context. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service — including sending inputs to our AI provider to generate story cards and storing results for your account history.

Do not submit content that infringes others' rights, is unlawful, harassing, or otherwise harmful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
  • Do not use Flemo for spam or automated bulk generation without permission.
  • Do not share account access with others.

Service availability

We aim to keep Flemo reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the product. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.

Disclaimer

Flemo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate — review before sharing. We are not responsible for how you use or share story cards on third-party platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flemo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
